Checkered Flag – Kevin Harvick comes from seventh at the restart to go around Mark Martin on the last corner to take the victory by 2/100ths of a second. Behind them Kyle Busch spins triggering a multi car accident with Clint Bower crossing the finishing line upside down and on fire. Jeff Gordon and Juan Pablo Montoya also got caught up in the wrecks.

CAUTION - Caution is out with 5 laps to go. Stacked up in the tight chasing pack Jammie McMurray slaps the wall and slows triggering a domino effect that takes out Ricky Rudd and Dale Earnhardt Jr.
The race has been Red Flagged and the cars stopped while debris is cleared from the track. The race will be finished under a Green/White/Checkered.
CAUTION - Reed Sorenson makes contact with Carl Edwards and Dave Blaney gets forced down onto pit road and without realizing he has a puncture tries to regain the track. Unable to scrub off speed he collides with Ken Schrader bringing out the 5th caution.
With 10 laps to go Mark Martin is still out front with Greg Biffle and Matt Kenseth behind.
CAUTION – With the first twenty cars running within a second of each other and three (and sometimes four) wide, last year’s winner and 2006 Nextel Cup Champion Jimmie Johnson looses it in the middle of the pack. Jeff Green, David Reutimann, Tony Raines and Denny Hamlin get caught up in the accident.
Mark Martin gains six places during the pit-stops and takes the lead ahead of Carl Edwards and Reed Sorenson.
150 Laps / CAUTION - As the race hits the three-quarters mark Tony Stewart had worked his way back through the field to resume his position at the front having just passed Kurt Busch for the lead. However the lead was short lived as Stewart and Busch wrecked coming out of Turn 4 after Stewart’s car got down on the apron and turned sideways in front of Busch.
Kyle Busch inherits the lead ahead of Martin Truex Jr and Carl Edwards, while Jeff Gordon runs in 24th and Montoya in 30th.
