Although I didn’t get to watch all the race last night I did manage to catch the last twenty or so laps of Kasey Khane’s dominant victory at Lowes. With his sixth win of the season Khane moves himself up another position in the chase, but more importantly nearly halves the points differential to championship leader Jeff Burton. Khane was my pick for the title and as The Chase moves on to a sequence of 1.5 mile tracks where Khane dominated earlier in the season it seems as if he may have a combination of history and momentum on his side.
